Salman-Kareena in Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani
Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is all set to revive his project ‘Bajirao Mastani’, the film that he planned to make in 2003. However, Bhansali’s favourite actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will miss the bus this time as the ace filmmaker wants to cast Kareena Kapoor opposite Salman Khan.
Though Bhansali’s earlier choices were Salman and Aishwarya, but the bitter breakup of their romantic alliance forced Bhansali to shelve the project. Now, industry sources verify that Bhansali is sure about casting Salman Khan as Bajirao in his epic love saga based on the 18th century story. And he is in advanced talks with Kareena to act opposite Salman and play the role of Mastani.
