Actress Aishwarya Rai had a unpleasant situation at the Chennai airport terminal as it was informed to her that baggage from New Delhi, where she was doing a advertising event, was not loaded on the plane.Though the airlines accepted their error, Aishwarya Rai was in a soup as there were no clothes available to her to wear for the event she had gone to attend in the South Indian city. She maintained her calm through all this and also advised to the organisers that she would go for the do in her track suit which is what she was wearing.At last her manager and the organisers went for a mad dash to the city to search for an ensemble that fits her.
They found a designer store and also got her a few local shoes. Aishwarya Rai got outfitted and went to the event which was in a mall and the crowds went bersek. The bags from Delhi finally arrived at 6.30 but she had the return flight back to Mumbai at 8 p.m. So, the luggage finally getting to Chennai was of no use.
